To ensure the safety of artwork and the comfort of all residents, visits with pets are considered individually. Please inform us about your pet in advance when submitting your request.
Villa Arlandina does not have standard public hours. Access is arranged strictly around scheduled labs, suppers, and private sessions (typically between 11:00 and 22:00.)
Villa Arlandina is a private, fully enclosed territory. Access is restricted strictly to confirmed guestlist members, ensuring a safe, calm, and private environment for all residents.
Yes, street parking is available near the main gates. If you require special assistance upon arrival, please let us know in your request form.
Since our gatherings are held for small, limited groups, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 24–48 hours in advance if your plans change. This allows us to offer the spot to someone on the waiting list.
Villa Arlandina is a multilingual space. Depending on the specific event, host, or participant mix, sessions are held in English, Spanish, Russian, or German. The primary language for each lab or gathering will always be noted in the schedule and event confirmation.
All attendees must be confirmed on our guestlist beforehand. If you would like to bring a partner or friend, please specify their details in your application form so we can confirm available capacity.
ust bring yourself and your creative focus! All specialized tools, high-quality art supplies, and materials are provided. Recommended attire depends on the event format: we suggest comfortable clothing for hands-on art labs, and smart casual or relaxed chic for suppers, screenings, and vinyl nights. We will always specify the dress code details in your attendance confirmation.
Currently, due to the architectural structure of the villa, the space is not fully wheelchair accessible (steps at the main entrance and internal layout). We are working on future solutions, but please feel free to contact us in advance if you have specific mobility requests or need assistance upon arrival.
We practice a "No Phone Zone" approach, prioritizing real-life connections, analog moments, and guest privacy. Streaming, live broadcasting, and recording other guests without consent are strictly prohibited. You are welcome to take inspiring photos of the architecture, artwork, and interior details, but outer noise and cameras stay outside Villa Arlandina.
